When and where do we practice?
New to Aarhus Ultimate?
Start with a beginner training session. Here, you’ll be introduced to the game, and the coaches will assess when you’re ready for the next level.
Further down the page, you’ll find our three training types – mix, open, and women – along with guidelines on who they are for.

Guidelines
You are welcome to join a trial session with the mix team throughout the season.
If you are new, we recommend starting with beginner training first.
To get the most out of mix training, we recommend having around 2–4 months of experience from beginner training. That said, everyone with the motivation to try is welcome.
Mix is the natural next step after beginner/uni training – especially if you are ready to train twice a week.
New players can attend up to 3 free trial sessions across mix, open, and women’s training.
